Sign Up
A Schneider Electric account provides remote UPS management, real time UPS monitoring and advanced technical support for your SmartConnect-compatible UPS devices.
NOTE: If you already have a account on partner.schneider-electric.com, you can log in to the web portal using those credentials.
To get a Schneider Electric account:
1 . Visit smartconnect.apc.com and select Sign Up.
2 . Enter an active Email Address to which the web portal will send a confirmation email, and click Next.
3 . On the Sign Up page, enter your:
First Name*
Last Name*
Mobile number
Password*:
The password must be at least 8 characters in length.
The password cannot contain your first name or last name.
The password must use at least 3 of four character types: upper case letters, lower case letters, numbers and symbols.
You cannot reuse your last password.
Country*
Company Name
Business Type
Area of focus
*required fields
4 . Review the SE terms and conditions of use, and select the checkbox to accept them.
5 . You can also opt to receive information on products and promotional materials from Schneider Electric by selecting the checkbox.
6 . Select the ‘I am not a robot’ checkbox to complete the security check.
7 . Click on Sign Up to complete registration.
8 . A confirmation email is sent to the email address specified in step 2. Click on the link in this email to verify your account. See Sign Up Issues to troubleshoot account registration issues.
Once your account is verified, you can log in to the web portal with the email address and password used during Sign Up.
