Schneider Electric cloud services are having difficulty completing your request. Your internet connection may be interrupted, or Schneider Electric cloud services may be experiencing a temporary service interruption.
Action:
Check that the network cable is connected to the SmartConnect Ethernet port of the UPS.
Check that the network cable is connected to a network switch, and make sure that the network switch has an active internet connection.

If the internet connection is active, click Retry Request. If the issue persists, contact APC Customer Support and quote the tracking number provided in the message.
