Register Error - UPS Registration has timed out
Schneider Electric cloud services cannot complete UPS registration because it cannot connect to the UPS. This can occur when the internet connection of the UPS has been interrupted.
Action:
Check that the network cable is connected to the SmartConnect Ethernet port of the UPS.
Check that the network cable is connected to a network switch, and make sure that the network switch has an active internet connection.

If the UPS has an active internet connection and the message persists, contact APC Customer Support and quote the tracking number provided in the message.
